      <image:title>About - Meet Stephanie</image:title>
<image:caption>Stephanie is a Denver-based DJ, yoga instructor, and space holder working with breath, movement, and embodied awareness. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, where she deepened her relationship to breathwork, meditation, and the role of rest in integration. While she appreciates the structure of traditional yoga, her teaching is most alive in intuitive movement—listening to what the body wants rather than shaping it into form. Her work has been shaped by experiencing the support through breathwork, the clarity that comes after meditation, the release from free movement, and the importance of slowing down enough to actually feel. By engaging in this deep work, she is able to hold space and guide those who are on their spiritual and healing journey. She is familiar with the difficulties of navigating the spiritual path and prides herself in being able to meet others where they're at. One way she does this is through a class she created, Move Inward, a somatic experience that moves through breath awareness, meditation, free movement, and deep rest. She also offers Sacred Movement, where she holds a safe and sacred space to connect with source through embodied movement.</image:caption>
