      <image:title>About - Meet Stephanie</image:title>
<image:caption>Stephanie is a Denver-based DJ, yoga instructor, and space holder working with breath, meditation, movement, and embodied awareness. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, where she deepened her relationship to her body and nervous system. She remained there for a month afterward, continuing her exploration through both classes and personal practice. While she values the structure of traditional yoga, her teaching is most alive in intuitive movement—listening to what the body needs rather than shaping it into form. Her work is rooted in helping people slow down enough to actually feel what’s happening internally. It has been shaped by her own experience with breathwork, meditation, free movement, and learning to come back into her body. She creates spaces that support people in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded, embodied way, especially when navigating overwhelm, transition, or inner work. She offers Move Inward, a somatic class that moves through breath awareness, meditation, free movement, and deep rest, as well as Sacred Movement, a powerful experience centered on embodied exploration and connection.</image:caption>
