Move Inward

A space to slow down and return to your body—so you can reconnect with yourself from within.

My Story

Throughout my own healing, I began to understand that the deepest shifts didn’t come from doing more or searching outside of myself—they came from turning inward and listening to what my body had been trying to communicate all along.

For a long time, I felt disconnected from my body. I kept most of what I felt inside—my emotions, my voice, and my expression. Over time, that disconnection began manifesting as physical pain. I slowly learned how to create enough safety within myself to truly feel what was there.

This journey also transformed the way I relate to movement. I always struggled with structured sequences and choreographed forms, something I once believed was a weakness. Eventually, I realized my body wasn’t resisting movement—she was asking for freedom, intuition, and autonomy in the way she expressed herself.

That’s why I always loved dance floors. But my body never felt safe enough, internally or externally, to truly let go.

My approach is about slowing down, listening inward, and returning to the wisdom of the body.

    Less structured and conversational, I meet you where you’re at with reflection, perspective, and support.

  • A personalized somatic session guided by breath, meditation, music, intuitive movement, and rest.

    This space is designed to support presence, regulation, and embodied awareness—no prior experience required.

    A longer, immersive session centered around free movement and deeper connection.

    Through movement, we explore release, presence, and a more intuitive relationship with the body.

Meet Stephanie

I’m Stephanie—a Denver-based yoga instructor, DJ, and somatic guide working with breath, meditation, movement, music, and embodied awareness.

My work is rooted in helping people slow down enough to reconnect with themselves through the body. Shaped through my own healing journey and my yoga teacher training in Bali, I’m especially drawn to intuitive movement, nervous system awareness, self-trust, and creating spaces that feel grounding, supportive, and deeply human.

I offer Move Inward, a somatic class designed to support presence, regulation, and reconnection, as well as Embodied Movement, a more immersive experience centered on intuitive exploration and release.
