My Story
For much of my life, I felt disconnected from myself.
I kept most of what I felt inside—my emotions, my voice, my needs, and my expression. While I became skilled at functioning and moving through life, I often felt disconnected from what was happening beneath the surface.
Over time, that disconnection began to affect both my emotional and physical well-being.
Like many people, I spent years trying to understand myself through thinking, talking, and personal growth work. While those experiences were valuable, there came a point where I realized that understanding myself intellectually was not the same as truly feeling connected to myself.
Everything began to shift when I started exploring embodiment and nervous system practices. Through movement, breath, meditation, and learning to listen to my body, I began creating enough safety within myself to feel what I had spent years holding inside.
What emerged was not just healing, but a deeper relationship with myself—one rooted in self-trust, authentic expression, and connection to who I truly am.
Today, my work is centered around creating experiences that help others reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body. Because when we learn to listen inward, we often discover that what we have been searching for has been within us all along.

In my 1:1 sessions, we talk through what’s present for you and what feels stuck or unclear. I support you in reconnecting with yourself, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, and moving toward more honest self-expression and self-trust.

Move Inward is an introductory somatic movement experience focused on reconnection. It is designed to help you slow down, step out of the mind, and reconnect with your body through yogic practices, intuitive movement, and deep rest.
This offering creates a supportive space to build awareness, safety, and presence within yourself—no prior experience required.

Embodied Movement is a deeper somatic experience centered on expression and release. It invites participants to move beyond awareness and into the physical and emotional release of what has been held in the body.
Through guided somatic practices, this offering supports energetic flow, emotional expression, and a more liberated relationship with the self.

About Me
I’m Stephanie, a Denver-based somatic guide working with yogic practices, intuitive movement, and embodied awareness.
My work is centered around helping people reconnect with themselves—especially those who have spent years living in their heads, suppressing emotions, or feeling disconnected from their true self. I create experiences that support self-trust, authentic expression, and a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom.
Shaped by my own journey of healing and reconnection, as well as my yoga teacher training in Bali, I offer Move Inward, a somatic movement experience focused on reconnection, and Embodied Movement, a deeper exploration of emotional expression, release, and embodied authenticity.
